વિભેદક સુરક્ષા શું છે? (What is the Differential Protection ?)

ડિફરન્શિયલ પ્રોટેક્શનનો હેતુ ઇલેક્ટ્રિકલ સાધનો એટલે કે જનરેટર, ફીડર, ટ્રાન્સફોર્મર, મોટી મોટર, બસ-બાર્સને શોર્ટ સર્કિટ કરંટથી સુરક્ષિત રાખવાનો છે. વિભેદક રિલેનું સંચાલન બે અથવા વધુ વિદ્યુત જથ્થાના તબક્કાના તફાવત પર આધારિત છે. તે સમાન વિદ્યુત જથ્થાના તબક્કાના કોણ અને તીવ્રતાની તુલના કરે છે.

डिफरेंशियल प्रोटेक्शन का उद्देश्य बिजली के उपकरणों यानी जनरेटर, फीडर, ट्रांसफार्मर, बड़ी मोटर, बस-बार को शॉर्ट सर्किट करंट से बचाना है। विभेदक रिले का संचालन दो या दो से अधिक विद्युत मात्राओं के चरण अंतर पर निर्भर करता है। यह समान विद्युत मात्राओं के चरण कोण और परिमाण की तुलना करता है।

The purpose of differential protection is to protect the electrical equipment i.e. generator, feeder, transformer, large motor, bus-bars from short circuit current. The operation of differential relay depends on the phase difference of two or more electrical quantities. It compares the phase angle and magnitude of the same electrical quantities.
