સુધારાત્મક, નિવારક અને અનુમાનિત જાળવણી શું છે? (What is the Corrective, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance?)

સુધારાત્મક જાળવણી ફક્ત ત્યારે જ કરવામાં આવે છે જ્યારે કોઈ નિષ્ફળતા અથવા ખામી હોય, તેથી તેને ફરીથી કાર્યરત બનાવવા માટે મશીન અથવા સાધનોની મરામતનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

 સંભવિત ભંગાણને રોકવા માટે નિવારક જાળવણી કરવામાં આવે છે તેથી તેમાં ભંગાણની શક્યતાઓ ઘટાડવા માટે મશીનો અને સાધનોની સુનિશ્ચિત જાળવણીનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

 અનુમાનિત જાળવણીમાં ઓપરેશન દરમિયાન સાધનોના પ્રદર્શનનું વિશ્લેષણ કરવા માટે સ્થિતિ-નિરીક્ષણ ઉપકરણોનો ઉપયોગ શામેલ છે.

 निवारक रखरखाव संभावित ब्रेकडाउन को रोकने के लिए किया जाता है इसलिए इसमें ब्रेकडाउन की संभावना को कम करने के लिए मशीनों और उपकरणों का निर्धारित रखरखाव शामिल है।

 पूर्वानुमानित रखरखाव में संचालन के दौरान उपकरणों के प्रदर्शन का विश्लेषण करने के लिए स्थिति-निगरानी उपकरणों का उपयोग शामिल है।

Corrective maintenance is only performed when there is a failure or malfunction, hence it involves repair of machine or equipment to make it functional again.

Preventative maintenance is done to prevent the possible breakdowns hence it involves scheduled maintenance of machines and equipment to minimize the chances of breakdown.

Predictive maintenance involves the use of condition-monitoring devices to analyze the performance of equipment during operation.
