વેવ વિન્ડિંગ શું છે? (What is Wave Winding?)

વેવ વિન્ડિંગમાં, આર્મેચર કોઇલ એવી રીતે જોડાયેલ હોય છે કે એક કોઇલનો અંતિમ છેડો બીજી કોઇલના પ્રારંભિક છેડા સાથે જોડાયેલ હોય છે, તેમની વચ્ચે ચોક્કસ અંતર હોય છે. આના પરિણામે મશીનમાં ધ્રુવોની સંખ્યાને ધ્યાનમાં લીધા વિના હકારાત્મક અને નકારાત્મક બ્રશ વચ્ચે માત્ર બે સમાંતર પાથ બનાવવામાં આવે છે. આ પ્રકારના વિન્ડિંગમાં વપરાતા બ્રશની સંખ્યા સમાંતર પાથની સંખ્યા જેટલી હોય છે.

वेव वाइंडिंग में, आर्मेचर कॉइल इस तरह से जुड़े होते हैं कि एक कॉइल का फिनिशिंग सिरा दूसरे कॉइल के शुरुआती सिरे से जुड़ा होता है, उनके बीच एक निश्चित दूरी होती है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप मशीन में ध्रुवों की संख्या की परवाह किए बिना सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक ब्रश के बीच केवल दो समानांतर पथ बनते हैं। इस प्रकार की वाइंडिंग में ब्रशों की संख्या समानांतर पथों की संख्या के बराबर होती है।

In wave winding, the armature coils are connected in such a way that the finishing end of one coil is connected to the starting end of the other coil, with a certain distance between them. This results in only two parallel paths being created between the positive and negative brushes, regardless of the number of poles in the machine. The number of brushes used in this type of winding is equal to the number of parallel paths.
